Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised MidOcean Partners and Bruckmann Rosser Sherrill & Co. on the sale of Totes ISOTONER, the world's leading designer, marketer and distributor of functional accessories in the rain, cold weather and footwear categories, to Investcorp and Freeman Spogli & Co. The terms of the transaction, which was announced today, were not disclosed. The Kirkland team included corporate partners Andrew Herman and George Stamas in Washington, D.C., associates Adele Maloney Thomas, Michael Miller and Sara Petranek in New York, and debt finance partner Michelle Kilkenney in Chicago.
