Kirkland & Ellis Advises GTCR in Acquisition of Fairway Media Group

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented GTCR, which announced today its partnership with Adams Outdoor Advertising to acquire Fairway Media Group, LLC, from ACON Investments and MidOcean Partners. Fairway is one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the United States, and Adams Outdoor is a preeminent provider of outdoor advertising solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Kirkland team included corporate partners Stephen Ritchie and Jocelyn Hirsch, corporate associates Daniel Guerin, Ryan Haas, Eric Buske, Jeffrey Swatzell, Elizabeth Morales, Patrick Sullivan and Sarah Thrasher, and asset finance and securitization partner Kenneth Morrison.
