Kirkland Represents Brentwood Associates in Acquisition of Excelligence Holdings Corp.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based leading consumer-focused private equity investment firm, on the acquisition of Excelligence Holdings Corp.  Excelligence, based in Monterey, California, is one of the largest multichannel distributors of educational products.
