Kirkland & Ellis Represents Harbour Energy on Acquisition of Pacific Rubiales
Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents Harbour Energy Ltd. which today announced, alongside ALFA, S.A.B. de C.V., that it had entered into a definitive agreement, pursuant to which a newly-formed company jointly owned by ALFA and Harbour Energy will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Pacific Rubiales by way of a court-approved Plan of Arrangement, pursuant to which each Common Share of Pacific Rubiales not already owned by ALFA will be acquired by the newly-formed company for cash consideration of C$6.50 per share.
