Kirkland & Ellis Advises Bain Capital on sale of its 50 percent stake in Securitas Direct Verisure
Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Bain Capital on its sale of its 50 percent stake in Sweden-based Securitas Direct Verisure Group to Hellman & Friedman, its consortium partner. The Firm previously advised both Bain Capital and Hellman & Friedman when they acquired the group from EQT in 2011.
