Kirkland Counsels Nautic Partners on Successful Closing of Eighth Fund at $900 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Nautic Partners, LLC, a leading middle-market private equity firm that focuses on investments in the healthcare, industrial products, and outsourced services sectors, on the successful  completion of its fundraising for Nautic Partners VIII, which closed on its hard cap of $900 million.
