Kirkland Advises CEB on Evanta Ventures Acquisition
Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised CEB (NYSE: CEB), a best practice insight and technology company, which announced today that it will acquire Evanta Ventures, Inc. and an affiliated business, which are owned primarily by Leeds Equity Partners, LLC, for total cash consideration of $275 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
