Kirkland Represents Monomoy Capital Partners on $767 Million Fund Raise

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on deep value investing and operational improvement in the lower middle market, on the raising of its third fund with approximately $767 million of total commitments. Monomoy announced the closing of Fund III, which substantially exceeded its target fund size of $650 million, today. More information is available here.

Monomoy secured commitments from a globally-diversified group of limited partners for Fund III comprised of leading endowments, foundations, pension plans, insurance companies, family offices and funds of funds.

The Kirkland team included investment funds partners Bruce Ettelson and John Muno, and associates Katie St. Peters and Zachary Oswald.
