Kirkland Advises Accel-KKR on its Acquisition of Smart Communications

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm, in its acquisition of Smart Communications, a leader in enterprise customer and business communications, from UK-based software company Thunderhead. The financial terms of the transaction, which was announced on 12 September, 2016, were not disclosed. The full press release can be viewed here.
