Kirkland Represents Accenture on Acquisition of Kurt Salmon from Management Consulting Group

 Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Accenture, a leading global professional services company, on its acquisition of Kurt Salmon from Management Consulting Group (LSE:MMC), a provider of professional services across a wide range of industries and sectors. The transaction includes the Kurt Salmon retail and consumer goods consulting businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Hong Kong and Japan. The transaction is expected to be completed in October or November 2016 and is conditional upon approval by Management Consulting Group shareholders. The full release is available here.
