Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Tiger Rental Group, LLC on its closing on financing, consisting of a senior first lien term loan with Orion Energy Partners, L.P. and a working capital revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
In connection with and to facilitate the financing, the Kirkland team also advised Tiger Rental Group, LLC and its parent company, The Modern Group, Ltd., in connection with a corporate restructuring and related agreements designed to permit Tiger Rental Group, LLC and its subsidiaries to function within a unified capital structure.
