Kirkland Represents Advent on Acquisition of CCC Information Services

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Advent International (“Advent”), a global investment firm, on its acquisition of CCC Information Services Inc. (“CCC”), a leading Software as a Service provider to the automotive, insurance, and collision repair industries. Advent will purchase equity assets from CCC’s previous owners Leonard Green & Partners (“LGP”), a leading private equity investment firm, and Texas Pacific Group (“TPG”), a leading global alternative asset firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2017. The full release is available here.
