Kirkland Advises TDR Capital on Closing of Fourth Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised TDR Capital, a leading European private equity firm, which recently closed TDR Capital Fund IV at its hard cap with aggregate capital commitments of €3.5 billion. More information is available here.
