Kirkland Advises Carnelian Energy Capital in Closing of Second Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advises Carnelian Energy Capital Management, L.P. in the closing of its second investment fund, Carnelian Energy Capital II, L.P., at the fund’s hard cap of $600 million.  The fund was significantly oversubscribed due to strong support from the firm’s existing investors, as well as new commitments from a select group of leading institutions.
