Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Trilantic North America, a leading private equity firm, on its investment in OrthoLite, a global manufacturer of branded open-cell foam insoles and other footwear components supplied to over 250 footwear brands. Following the close of the transaction, Trilantic North America will hold a majority stake in OrthoLite. The transaction is expected to close in the 3rd quarter of 2017.
