Kirkland Represents Harland Clarke Holdings on Valassis Acquisition of MaxPoint Interactive

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Harland Clarke Holdings, the parent company of Valassis, a leader in intelligent media delivery, on Valassis’s acquisition of MaxPoint Interactive (NASDAQ: MXPT), a leading digital marketing technology company, for approximately $95 million.
