Kirkland Represents The Jordan Company on Acquisition of Odyssey Logistics & Technology

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised The Jordan Company, a middle-market private equity, on its acquisition of Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, a leading global logistics provider firm. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
