Kirkland Represents Au Bon Pain on Sale to Panera Bread

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised ABP Holdco, Inc., the parent company of Au Bon Pain, a leader in the fast-casual restaurant category, on its sale to Panera Bread, a chain of bakery-café fast casual restaurants in the United States and Canada. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2017. The full press release is available here.
