Kirkland Advises GTCR and Regatta in Strategic Investment in Resonetics

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm GTCR and its portfolio company Regatta Medical Holdings, LLC in a strategic investment in Resonetics, Inc.  Resonetics is a leading medical device contract manufacturing organization specializing in laser micro-manufacturing for interventional medical devices. GTCR’s investment in Resonetics will be funded from GTCR Fund XII, a private equity fund raised in 2017 with $5.25 billion of limited partner capital commitments. The full release is available here.
