Kirkland Represents Clearlake Capital in Acquisition of Wheel Pro Holdings

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity investment firm Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its acquisition of Wheel Pro Holdings, LLC, a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of branded automotive aftermarket wheels, performance tires, and accessories.
