Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners in Acquisition of Renaissance

Kirkland & Ellis represented Francisco Partners, a leading technology-focused private equity firm, in its acquisition of Renaissance, a leader in pre-K–12 learning analytics. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018. Read more about the transaction here.

This is the second deal that Kirkland has handled for Francisco with regards to Renaissance this year — in March, the private equity firm sold digital literacy solution provider myON to Renaissance.
