Kirkland Represents Bain Capital Private Equity in Recapitalization of TriTech Software Systems

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents Bain Capital Private Equity, which today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to recapitalize TriTech Software Systems, the leader in public safety technology. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
