Kirkland Advises Funds Advised by Apax Partners on its Definitive Agreement to Acquire Genius Sports

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Funds advised by Apax Partners on its definitive agreement to acquire Genius Sports, a London based, global leader in sport data technology, distribution and commercialisation services. The financial terms of the transaction, which was announced on 30 July 2018, are undisclosed. The full release can be found here.
