Kirkland Advises EagleView on Pending Acquisition of Spookfish

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Eagle View Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of aerial imagery and data analytics, on its pending acquisition of Spookfish Limited, an Australian listed public company focused on the development and commercialization of premium next generation geospatial imagery products and services. With this acquisition, EagleView expects to simultaneously secures advanced Spookfish aerial camera technology for mass adoption in North America and establishes a presence in the Australian market.
