Kirkland Represents Cerberus Capital Management in Acquisition of SubCom

Kirkland & Ellis represented Cerberus Capital Management in an agreement with TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL) (“TE”) to acquire TE’s Subsea Communications business ("SubCom"), a leading global supplier of subsea communications systems. Subcom designs, manufactures, deploys, and maintains the subsea fiber optic cable systems that are vital for global communications.
