Kirkland Represents Francisco Partners Portfolio Company Crossmatch Technologies in Sale

Kirkland & Ellis represented Crossmatch Technologies, Inc., a leader in biometric identity management and secure authentication solutions and a portfolio company of private equity firm Francisco Equity Partners, in its sale to HID Global, a worldwide leader in identity solutions.
