Kirkland Advises MIRA on its Purchase of Wheelabrator from Energy Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP counseled Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), a division of Macquarie Group, on its purchase of Wheelabrator Technologies, a leading owner and operator of waste-to-energy facilities, from Energy Capital Partners. The full release is available here.
