Kirkland Advises Duff & Phelps in Acquisition of Prime Clerk

Kirkland & Ellis advised Duff & Phelps, a global advisor that enables clients to protect, restore and maximize value, in its acquisition of Prime Clerk, a claims and noticing administrator. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
