Kirkland Advises ELEMIS on $900 Million Acquisition by L’Occitane

Kirkland & Ellis represented ELEMIS, the number one luxury British skincare brand, which announced on Jan. 13 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by L’Occitane International S.A., the leading manufacturer and retailer of natural cosmetics with a portfolio of premium beauty brands, for $900 million in cash. ELEMIS is being sold by Steiner Leisure Limited, a portfolio company of L Catterton.
