Kirkland Represents FTV Capital in Leading $40 Million Funding Round for Egress

Kirkland & Ellis represented U.S.-based private equity firm FTV Capital, as it led a $40 million Series C financing round for Egress Software Technologies Ltd, a leading provider of data privacy and compliance software designed to secure unstructured data, with continued participation from existing backer AlbionVC. Egress will use this investment to build on its ongoing rapid growth in Europe and North America, as well as accelerate development of new technology across its data security platform. The details were announced on December 18, 2018.
