Kirkland Represents Luminate Capital Partners in Two Strategic Growth Investments

Kirkland & Ellis represented Luminate Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on making investments in enterprise software companies, in two recent strategic growth investments for AutoQuotes and LiquidFrameworks, Inc. Luminate’s investments come from its recently closed $425 million Fund II on which Kirkland also advised.

AutoQuotes is the leading technology company for the foodservice equipment and supplies (FES) industry, and LiquidFrameworks, Inc. is the leading provider of quote-to-cash and field ticketing software across Oilfield Services, Industrial Services, and Environmental Services industries.
