Kirkland Represents Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group on Cooperation Agreement with Engaged Capital

Kirkland & Ellis advised Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DFRG) and its Board of Directors on the execution of a Cooperation Agreement with Engaged Capital, LLC, Del Frisco’s third largest shareholder.
