Kirkland Represents Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas in $300 Million Sale to IHG

Kirkland & Ellis represented Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, an award-winning, eco-conscious luxury resort and spa management company owned by Pegasus Capital Advisors, in its sale to InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for $300 million in an all-cash transaction announced today.
