Kirkland Represents Certify in $1 Billion Merger of Certify and Chrome River Technologies

Kirkland & Ellis represented Certify, a portfolio company of K1 Investment Management (K1), a leading investment firm focusing on high-growth enterprise software companies, in the merger of Certify and Chrome River Technologies, two global leaders in travel, expense, and invoice management software. K1 will hold a majority stake in the combined organization. The transaction is valued at more than $1 billion.
