Kirkland Represents Peak Rock Capital on Acquisition of Kroger's Turkey Hill Business

Kirkland & Ellis advised Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm, on its agreement with The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) for an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital to acquire Kroger's Turkey Hill business. Turkey Hill produces a full line of popular iced teas, fruit drinks, milk, frozen dairy treats and a variety of ice cream products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
