Kirkland Advises Sumeru Equity Partners in Acquisition of 3Gtms, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis advised technology-focused private equity firm Sumeru Equity Partners in its acquisition of 3Gtms, Inc., a leading provider of transportation management systems software and solutions. The software is used by third-party logistics service providers, shippers (such as manufacturers, retailers, distributors and wholesalers), and freight brokers allowing for optimization of transportation spend, increased inventory visibility, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced freight management.
