Kirkland & Ellis Represents Incline Equity Partners in Closing of Incline Elevate Fund, L.P.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”) in the closing of Incline’s first small cap fund, Incline Elevate Fund, L.P., with $314.5 million of total capital commitments. Incline is a private equity firm investing in manufacturing, distribution and business services companies.
