Kirkland Advises BCE-Mach II on Purchase of Producing Properties in Oklahoma and Texas

Kirkland & Ellis represented BCE-Mach II LLC on its agreement to purchase producing properties in Beckham, Custer, Dewey, Roger Mills and Washita counties in Oklahoma and Hemphill and Roberts counties in Texas from an undisclosed seller. Closing is subject to customary conditions and is expected to occur in September 2019.
