Kirkland Represents Silversmith in Investments in Webflow

Kirkland & Ellis represented Silversmith Capital Partners in its recent investment, alongside Accel and others, in no-code web development platform Webflow. In addition to the recently-closed $72 million round of financing, Kirkland also represented Silversmith in connection with an earlier investment in Webflow.
