Kirkland Counsels GPI Capital on Investment in Postmates
Kirkland & Ellis represented GPI Capital in a $225 million convertible preferred equity investment round in Postmates Inc., a leader in the food delivery space, at a pre-IPO valuation of $2.4 billion.
