Kirkland Represents Intervale Capital and TorcSill Foundations on Sale to White Deer Energy
Kirkland & Ellis advised Intervale Capital and its portfolio company, TorcSill Foundations, on the sale of TorcSill to an affiliate of White Deer Energy. Intervale Capital is an energy and infrastructure-focused, middle market private equity firm, and TorcSill is a leading provider of engineered helical pile and anchor foundation solutions across the energy, industrial, and power end markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
