Kirkland Advises MDSL and Sumeru Equity Partners in Merger of MDSL with Calero Software

Kirkland & Ellis advised MDSL and Sumeru Equity Partners in the merger of MDSL with Calero Software. Sumeru Equity, a technology-focused private equity firm, is the financial backer of high-growth software provider MDSL. Financial terms were not disclosed.
