Kirkland Advises STADA on US$660 Million Investment in Takeda’s OTC Portfolio in Russia/CIS

Kirkland & Ellis advised STADA Arzneimittel AG, an international pharmaceutical company that is a portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven, on the US$660 million acquisition of a portfolio of over-the-counter and prescription pharmaceutical assets in Russia, Georgia and the CIS from Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (TSE:4502/NYSE:TAK).
