Kirkland Represents Teva on Senior Notes Offering and Tender Offer
Kirkland & Ellis advised Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (NYSE and TASE: TEVA) on its offering of senior notes for a principal amount of $2.1 billion and on its concurrent tender offer to purchase $1.5 billion of certain of its other outstanding senior notes.
