Kirkland Advises L Catterton in Investment in ClassPass’ Series E Funding Round

Kirkland & Ellis represented L Catterton, the largest and most global consumer-focused private equity firm in the world, in its investment in the Series E funding round of ClassPass, the leading global fitness and wellness marketplace. L Catterton and Apax Digital led the $285 million round, with additional participation by existing investor Temasek. The round follows the successful expansion by ClassPass into 28 countries and the signing of more than 1,000 leading employers into its corporate wellness program.
