Kirkland & Ellis Represents GLP and Consortium Offeror (Comprising the Fung Family and GLP) in Privatization of Li & Fung

Kirkland & Ellis is advising GLP Pte. Ltd. and the consortium offeror (comprising the Fung family and GLP) in the proposed privatization of Li & Fung Limited (HKSE: 494) by way of a scheme of arrangement.
