Kirkland Represents Warburg Pincus in Investment in Delta Midstream
Kirkland & Ellis represented global private equity firm Warburg Pincus in its line-of-equity investment in newly formed midstream company Delta Midstream, LLC. Delta, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks to acquire, develop and operate midstream assets of scale, and will target opportunities across multiple basins in North America.
The Kirkland team was led by transactional partners Adam Larson and Kim Hicks.
