Kirkland Advises KVH Industries on Cooperation Agreement With Vintage Capital Management

Kirkland & Ellis advised KVH Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KVHI), a global leader in mobile connectivity and inertial navigation systems, on a cooperation agreement with Vintage Capital Management, LLC.  Under the agreement, Robert Tavares joined the KVH board of directors and Vintage withdrew its slate of directors for KVH’s 2020 annual shareholder meeting and agreed to certain standstill and voting commitments.
