Kirkland Represents Clearhaven Partners in Acquisition of TimeTrade Systems, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis represented Clearhaven Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, in its acquisition of TimeTrade Systems, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise scheduling software. In conjunction with Clearhaven Partners' investment, software veteran William Clark has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of TimeTrade. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The TimeTrade acquisition was led by transactional partners Amanda Border and Christian Atwood and associates Emily Deagen and Rachel Piccirillo. The team also included tax partner Vin Thorn and associate Aime Salazar, employee benefits partner Melissa Grim, executive compensation partner Kate Coverdale and associate Deidre Kalenderian, labor and employment partner Peter Mee and associate Xander Flynn-Tabloff, technology & IP transactions partner Shellie Freedman and associate Adine Mitrani and investment funds partner Katie St. Peters and associate Casey O’Brien.
