Kirkland Represents Wellspring Capital Management on Acquisition of Steele Solutions, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Wellspring Capital Management Group LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, on the acquisition of Steele Solutions, Inc., a value-add supplier into the industrial automation sector. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
